All orders are typically delivered within 20–30 days from the date of purchase. This timeframe includes production and delivery.
Shipping is included in the price you pay.
Depending on your country, customs or import duties may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.
Returns
As many of our pieces are made to order, returns are accepted only if the item is received in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can assist.

Size & Scale
Handbag photographs are intended to show the design, shape and detailing clearly. They should not be used to judge the actual size of the bag, as photography and model proportions can make a handbag appear larger or smaller than it is.
The product page provides the confirmed dimensions for each handbag. Please compare these measurements with a handbag you already own before ordering.
When you select Add to cart, you will be asked to review the dimensions and confirm “I’ve checked the size” before the handbag can be added to your cart.
