Returns
As many of our pieces are made to order, returns are accepted only if the item is received in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can assist.
Before You Decide
Sizing & Fit
Blazers are available in standard sizing or Custom Made to your measurements. Standard sizes follow the measurements shown in the on-page Size Guide.
For Custom Made blazers, we confirm your measurements after checkout before production begins. The dressmaker works from those measurements and may make small proportional adjustments to maintain the intended shape, structure and fit of the blazer.
Custom Made sizing allows the blazer to be made for your individual proportions while retaining the character of the original design.
Small Fit Adjustments
Blazers are structured garments, and their final fit depends on the shoulders, bust, waist and overall proportions.
Where construction allows, minor alterations may be possible after delivery. These can include small adjustments to the waist, sleeve length or overall fit.
The extent of any alteration depends on the blazer's construction, lining and available seam allowance. Substantial resizing or changes to the shoulder structure may not be possible.
Small Design Changes
Some blazers allow minor design changes without altering the character of the original design.
Depending on the blazer, this may include:
- adjusting the sleeve length
- making a small change to the jacket length
- minor adjustments to the back design or other construction details
Design changes are available only where stated for the individual blazer. Requests are reviewed with the dressmaker and must be confirmed before production begins.
Color
Available colors are shown on the individual product page.
Custom Made sizing does not automatically include a choice of additional colors. Some blazers can be produced in other colors, while others are limited to the colors shown.
Where a custom color request is available, we confirm the requested color with the dressmaker before production begins.
How the Finished Blazer May Sit
Product images represent the intended design, silhouette and visible detailing of the blazer.
The exact fit and positioning of elements such as lapels, sleeves, waist shaping and hemline may vary slightly according to individual body proportions.
For Custom Made blazers, adjustments based on your measurements may also affect how the garment sits while preserving its overall design and structured appearance.
What Is Included
The product page describes the blazer and any additional pieces supplied with it.
Trousers, skirts, dresses, belts or other garments shown alongside the blazer are not included unless specifically stated as part of the product.
Accessories shown for styling are not automatically included.
