Returns
As many of our pieces are made to order, returns are accepted only if the item is received in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can assist.

Sizing & Fit
Two-piece wedding dresses are supplied in standard sizing unless Custom Made is clearly offered on the product page. Please use the on-page Size Guide and compare your measurements before ordering.
Because the upper and lower pieces fit different areas of the body, the way the two pieces meet at the waist can vary with individual proportions.
The Two-Pieces
Each product in this collection is sold as a coordinated top and skirt set. Both pieces shown as the principal outfit are included unless the product page specifically states otherwise.
If different sizing for the upper and lower pieces is available, this will be stated or confirmed before ordering. Do not assume that the two pieces can be ordered in different sizes unless this option is offered.
Length & Proportion
Most Two-Piece Wedding Dresses use midi, tea-length or floor-length skirts, with selected shorter styles where the design suits the collection.
Skirt length and the amount of waist visible between the two pieces can vary slightly with height, torso length and individual proportions.
Customization
Customization is only available where stated for the individual set.
Depending on the design and supplier, small adjustments such as skirt length, sizing or another minor construction change may be possible. If you would like a change that is not listed, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether it can be accommodated.
Color
Available colors are shown on the individual product page.
If you would like a different color that is not listed, please contact us before ordering. Additional colors are only offered where they can be confirmed for the complete set.
How the Finished Set May Sit
Product images represent the design, proportions and visible detailing of both pieces. The exact relationship between the top and skirt can vary with waist position, torso length, height and individual body proportions.
Softer elements such as pleating, draping or fuller skirts will also fall and move differently when worn.
What Is Included
The product page identifies the pieces supplied as part of the set. Detachable sleeves, capes, trains, shawls or other additional elements are included only where they are specifically stated as part of the product.
Accessories shown for styling are not automatically included.

Because the top and skirt are separate pieces, fit through the bust and waist may matter differently from fit through the hips. If your measurements fall between sizes, Custom Made may be the better option where available.
Where Custom Made is available, measurements are used to achieve the intended fit across both pieces. Depending on the design, small proportion or length adjustments may be possible and will be reviewed before we proceed with your order.
Where the design allows, skirt length can usually be requested as part of a Custom Made order. We recommend considering the shoes you intend to wear when providing your measurements so the finished proportion works as intended.
