All ready-to-wear orders are typically delivered within 20–30 days from the date of purchase. This timeframe includes order processing and delivery.
Shipping is included in the price you pay. Depending on your country, customs or import duties may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.
Returns
This item is offered as a ready-to-wear piece. Returns are accepted only if the item is received in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can assist.

Sizing & Fit
Jumpsuits are supplied in standard sizing unless Custom Made is clearly offered on the product page. Please use the on-page Size Guide and compare your measurements before ordering.
Because a jumpsuit is one continuous garment, torso length, waist position and overall body proportion can affect how it sits as much as bust, waist and hip measurements.
Trouser Length & Proportion
Trouser length and the way the leg falls will vary slightly with height, footwear and individual proportions. Wide-leg, straight and flared styles can therefore sit differently from the product images when worn.
Where a length adjustment or other small change is available, this will be confirmed before production.
Customization
Customization is only available where stated for the individual jumpsuit. Depending on the design and supplier, small changes such as trouser length or another minor construction adjustment may be possible.
If you would like a change that is not listed, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether it can be accommodated.
Color
Available colors are shown on the individual product page.
If you would like a different color that is not listed, please contact us before ordering. Additional colors are only offered where they can be confirmed for that particular design.
How the Finished Jumpsuit May Sit
Product images represent the design, proportions and visible detailing of the jumpsuit. The exact way the waist, trouser leg, draping or other softer elements sit can vary with height, body proportions and natural movement.
Where Custom Made sizing is offered, proportional adjustments may also slightly change how individual details sit while retaining the overall design.
What Is Included
The product page describes the garment or set being supplied. Detachable overskirts, trains, capes or other additional pieces are included only where they are specifically stated as part of the product.
Accessories shown for styling are not automatically included.
